As an Automation / Controls Engineer you will participate in the projects in Poland (Ostrów Wlkp. & Skawina) and in our HQ in Germany (Freiberg)

Automation / Controls Engineer

Your responsibilities would consist of the managing the process of commissioning in a World Class Manufacturing environment; e.g.:
  • Programming of PLC, and HMI systems using a variety of industry & manufacturers’ standards
  • Control panel design and oversight of fabrication and profitability
  • Experience in writing PLC code for Siemens (Step 7 Classic, TIA Portal), Allen-Bradley
    (Rockwell Automation),
  • Experience in safety standards programming
  • Knowledge of industrial networks (PROFIBUS, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP)
  • Ability to provide setup servo drives, pressing devices, screwdrivers etc.
  • Participating in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at client site
  • Carrying out PLC software development and commissioning activities in our HQ in Germany (Freiberg)
  • Technical University degree or similar
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the automation environment, preferably from the automotive industry or a similar position
  • English language at advanced level - written and oral (B2)
  • German language at advanced level – written and oral (B2) will be an advantage
  • Driving licence (B)
