Remote Support Engineer with two languages

- Support for customers and distributors in solving technical problems related to client’s products (via: Telephone, chat, email)
- Simulation and analysis of issues reported by users in the labolatory
- Documenting technical solution and best practices
- Cooperation with technical teams and customer service
- Continuous improvement in the area of clients products and technologies
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduates of IT / Automation / Electronics or ~3 years of experience in automation control systems programming and implementation
- Knowledge of industrial controllers
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols
- Knowledge / experience in the computer networks configuration
- Very good written and spoken English
- Good command of Swedish/German/Russian/Arabic/Hungarian/Norwegian
- Ability to use technical documentation
